Executive Director
Amy is a native of St. Marys, Georgia. She received a BS in Recreation from Georgia Southern University prior to working at Walt Disney World. For more than 16 years, Amy lived and worked in Savannah, Georgia. A very involved member of the Savannah nonprofit community, she worked at the American Cancer Society, United Way, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and Gray's Reef National Marine Sanctuary Foundation. Amy volunteered for various community organizations, including: Board member for the Savannah Center for Blind and Low Vision; President of the Junior League of Savannah from 2014-2015; 2009 graduate of Leadership Savannah; and President of the Savannah area Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumnae Association of 2003.
Amy and her husband, Russ, relocated to Billings in October 2018 from Savannah with their dogs Lucy and Jane. Since moving to Billings, Amy has connected with the Junior League of Billings, Kappa Kappa Gamma, and is looking forward to becoming more involved in the community.
Laurel Schools Program Coordinator
Rachel grew up in a small community in upstate New York. She received a BS in Child and Youth Development from Cazenovia College and a MA in Nonprofit Management from the University of the Rockies. Rachel has worked with youth since high school in all capacities, including recreation, peer mentoring, residential services, child care, and out-of-school-time programming. She has experience with children with special needs, rural communities, and families living in poverty.
Rachel has been involved in various community organizations, including the campus coordinator at FLCC for the American Red Cross and the Up 'til Dawn coordinator at Cazenovia College for St. Jude's Children Hospital. Rachel is also a former Big. Rachel relocated to Billings with her dog, Apollo, in 2020, and is looking to serve the community in any capacity where her skills are needed.
Community Program and Data Coordinator
Chris was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He received a BA in History from Saint Louis University, an MA in United States History from the University of Cincinnati, and a Master of Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University. Chris brings over eight years of experience in the non-profit and education fields to the BBBSYC Community Program and Data Coordinator position. Prior to accepting a position with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Chris worked for four years at United Way of Yellowstone County.
Chris is a big Cincinnati Reds fan. Additionally, Chris spends his time outside of work reading, working on a Master of Business Administration degree, and hiking, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling throughout Montana.
